Please leave the house in a clean and tidy state and with all dishes washed in the dishwasher.
Please report any problem spills so that the cleaner is made aware of them. A simple SMS would be appreciated, or please leave a note on the kitchen island.
There is a $300 security deposit. Funds to be refunded after the cleaner has finished cleaning.
Our policy for any cancellations is that no refund will be paid where there is less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation. A smaller penalty is payable for cancellations giving greater than 8 days’ notice.
Parties are not permitted.
Please keep the noise to an appropriate level in consideration of our neighbours

Pet rules
Maximum number of pets: 2.
A cleaning charge of $20 per dog per stay applies.
Dogs may not be left in the house unattended. Please take your dog with you when you tour around.
Please clean up after your dog. Poo bags are to be found near the kitchen dog bowls. Bags can be placed into the green-lidded wheelie bin.
