• Minimum stay is two nights.
  • Maximum number of guests is 4.
  • Check in after 3.00 pm.
  • Check out by 11.00 am.
  • Please leave the house in a clean and tidy state and with all dishes washed in the dishwasher.
  • Please report any problem spills so that the cleaner is made aware of them. A simple SMS would be appreciated, or please leave a note on the kitchen island.
  • There is a $300 security deposit. Funds to be refunded after the cleaner has finished cleaning.
  • Our policy for any cancellations is that no refund will be paid where there is less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation. A smaller penalty is payable for cancellations giving greater than 8 days’ notice.
  • Parties are not permitted.
  • Please keep the noise to an appropriate level in consideration of our neighbours
  • Thank you for not smoking in the house.

Pet rules

  • Maximum number of pets: 2.
  • A cleaning charge of $20 per dog per stay applies.
  • Dogs may not be left in the house unattended. Please take your dog with you when you tour around.
  • Please clean up after your dog. Poo bags are to be found near the kitchen dog bowls. Bags can be placed into the green-lidded wheelie bin.
